An ‘Airbnb-style’ property rental site offering houses for porn shoots has launched, marketed as an adult content-friendly alternative to conservative mainstream rental sites. As its name suggests, FCKSPACE offers properties with porn shoot-friendly hosts. The site slogan is “privacy, discretion, expression”, with its founders saying they identified a niche for porn shoot location rentals after many porn creators ran into trouble using mainstream sites.
Airbnb does not allow sex work or “activities involving pornography” to be undertaken at properties rented through its service. Porn creators have reported that they have been banned from the platform in the past, sometimes when just seeking to book a property for a holiday rather than work.
A FCKSPACE spokesperson said: “Many creators report losing their accounts after Airbnb linked their online identity to commercial work, even when their bookings were personal, private and unrelated to their profession.”
They added that “these bans often happen without clarity or warning. There is rarely a real explanation and no reliable appeal process. As a result, creators are left sending careful DMs, trying to explain their work without saying too much, or filming in secret and hoping they are not caught.”
In contrast, FCKSPACE actively encourages porn creators to use the new site, looking to enlist property owners happy to rent their spaces out for porn shoots and perhaps tailor them to these needs. You’ll be able to search for facilities like ‘dungeon’ on the site, and for liquid-friendly spaces.
Shawn Doc, FCKSPACE’s founder, said: “Adult creators have tools for posting, selling and promoting their work, but almost nothing exists to support the actual production side. Imagine a platform that doesn’t ban creators for their profession but actually supports and celebrates them.”
It’s still very early days for FCKSPACE, which recently launched in closed beta mode. It’s possible to sign up to the site, but only a few properties seem findable at the moment, with a focus on California. They seem aimed at high-budget porn productions, with one sprawling ten-bedroom Malibu property, hosted by founder Doc, priced at $2,500 per day, before tax plus platform and cleaning fees.
That five-acre property is also marketed by Doc as a standard holiday-home on other sites. The other ‘featured’ properties currently on the site also seem to be hosted by Doc, suggesting that he’s kicking off the site with his own hosting portfolio.
More details about the site are expected to be unveiled by the founders at the TES Affiliate Conference in Marbella, Spain in March 2026.
