Sex Work Survival Guide

Sex Work Survival Guide is a nonprofit that provides free educational resources, harm reduction information, and community support specifically for sex workers, allies, and medical professionals working with the community. Founded by educators Domme Katarina (The Domme Kat), Tiana Glittersaurusrex (Smoky Spice), and sex educator Lola Jean, the organization launched with an online summit in January 2021 hosted on PornHub—a model they’ve continued with their annual summit returning in January 2022. The organization offers workshops and seminars covering safety, branding, health, and legal issues relevant to sex work, with an emphasis on community-led efforts and amplifying marginalized voices. Its resources serve both active sex workers navigating the industry and professionals like counselors and healthcare providers who interact with the sex work community. By partnering with platforms like PornHub to host educational content as permanent free resources, Sex Work Survival Guide addresses gaps in accessible, stigma-free information about safe sex work practices.
