Virtual reality porn studio BaDoinkVR has launched a new platform partnership to offer a new way of viewing the site’s VR porn videos without having to download them.

The site has partnered with the VR video player HereSphere for the video streaming functionality, billing the link-up as offering a quicker and more direct route to its videos than downloading them. With BaDoinkVR offering 7K resolution VR videos, some files can take up a lot of storage space.

Released in 2021, HereSphere promises that it “enhances immersion” as a VR video player. The player has a new autofocus function allowing you to focus on specific subjects (such as a specific part of a person) using eye-tracking technology.

HereSphere also has a time-stamped file tagging system that can be used to skip to your favorite tagged VR porn scene within a video, as well as color adjustment and lens distortion correction options.

BaDoinkVR said that it chose to work with HereSphere for the new VR porn streaming option because of the video player’s “cutting-edge, custom-tailored streaming solutions”.

There are full details on how to use HereSphere with BaDoinkVR here.

But wait… isn’t that the same thing as the BaDoink’s Virtual Theater?

No. BaDoinkVR’s simple Virtual Theater option is still available for anyone that wants to be able to stream on a variety of different headsets without downloading any apps at all. And for that, it’s still highly reliable.

However, the new integration gives better seeking and playback controls, as well as an overall better navigation and design. While both allow you to stream BaDoinkVR’s collection of scenes, the primary difference is that you’ll need to download HereSphere if you want those more advanced options.

Neither option requires you to download the scenes themselves, saving you many gigabytes of storage space, at the cost of a slight quality reduction.
