A free online sextech conference covering sextech innovations, the human impact of sextech and policies affecting the industry, is set to take place over four days this September.
The event, Reimagine Sexuality, will take place on September 2-5, 2022, and will include talks given by academics and designers, but the majority of the speaker list comprises people from the distinctly corporate side of sextech, with the event billed as a chance to invest in companies.
Those giving talks include Patricia Cervantes, co-founder of sex toy startup Vibio, Lisa Sanases, CEO of sextech sales and marketing company Giselle International, and Dominnique Karetsos, co-founder of the sexual health and technology industry organisation Healthy Pleasure Group.
The organizers say the event is “about highlighting the innovations and innovators that have come up with ways to improve our sexuality by leveraging the technologies of today and the future. The Sextech industry is making impacts across the globe by enhancing and normalizing human sexuality.”
They added that it would be a chance to pow-wow with top thought leaders in the sextech industry, and discuss “how the collective group is shifting the paradigm of doing business in a reimagined sexuality.”
Other speakers set for the virtual conference include Jeff Bennett, CEO of premature ejaculation patch-making company Morari Medical, and Shakun Sethi, CEO of sex-positive online platform hub supplier Tickle.life.
The Reimagine Sexuality event follows hot on the heels of August’s Sx-Tech EU conference in Berlin, and slightly ahead of the 7th International Congress on Love and Sex with Robots (2022), which is taking place in November, and takes a more academic look at the potential of digital lovers.
If you do go ahead and register for a free ticket, we’d be remiss if we didn’t point out that you need to agree to the Reimagine Sexuality Privacy Policy, which doesn’t seem to exist on the site anywhere and isn’t linked as indicated.
