Hands-free computing has significantly levelled-up with the release of a 3D printable dildo that you fellate to type into your computer.

The GagWriter, created by a BDSM-focused inventor who creates products under the name Devious-Devices, attaches to your computer via USB and is used by pressing buttons around the phallus, with different button sequences linked to letters that then get ‘typed’ out.

The prototype device is open source and can be 3D printed by anyone with the correct equipment, on Deviantart.com (login required, as it’s a NSFW project). It can be used with an Arduino Leonardo microcontroller board, or other USB-enabled Arduino boards, which currently cost around $25.

The instructions download also includes template for making a stand for the dildo out of wood, so you can prop it up at a suitable level for fellating, which is both handy and considerate isn’t it?

You ‘type’ on the Gag Writer by making two-push button sequences around the 3D printed dick. For example, to type a ‘z’ you push the buttons achieved by a deep throat-style action to the right of the phallus. For a ‘U’ you push the button on the left frenulum of the dingus.

Devious-Devices has updated the device to provide an electronic sound note when a button is pressed, to help you get your tongue around how to use it better. The information download for the device also comes with a game that rewards you for your accuracy in ‘typing’.

“Yes, this graceful, full-featured, desktop-mounted keyboard is suitable for hands-free use in any home or office. Pair it with a handheld trackball mouse and a kneeling chair for the perfect armbinder-compatible office environment,” its creators say.

Devious-Devices had previous forays into the BDSM device world, having released a ‘bondage cabinet’ called the Asscade, and a magnetic feather duster device involving a mouth ball gag, so the Gag Writer didn’t come out of nowhere.

In 2023 it was revealed that a device called the MouthPad was being developed: a mouthguard-like product that acts like a Bluetooth mouse allowing you to control electronic equipment with your tongue. Developed by Augmental Technologies Inc, a MIT Media Lab spinoff, the MouthPad was tested on devices including vibrators.
