Luxury sextech brand Lelo has launched the INA Wave 2 vibrator: a high-end ‘rabbit’-style sex toy sequel to the company’s popular original INA Wave model.
Eschewing an emerging industry trend towards remote-controlled access and app pairings for vibrating sex toys, the INA Wave 2 is designed to be a classic, relatively straightforward toy.
Lelo is known for its simple and sleek designs and has prices to match its production values – the new model sells for $199 at the Lelo website.
Made of silicone and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), the Lelo INA Wave 2 is 20cm in length, with the insertable section 11cm long. It is 6.5cm at its widest, and has a maximum noise level of 50 decibels. The company says the new model, which can be charged via an included USB cord, has 30 percent more power than its predecessor.
While the original INA Wave had ten vibration settings, this new sequel model has 12. It can be used for up to two hours between charges, and has a standby time of 90 days.
Although many sextech companies tout their products’ app and remote capabilities these days, it seems as if such devices are a way off taking over from classic, charge ‘em up and flick ‘em on vibrating sex toys.
While this new addition might be at the lower-end of the ‘sextech’ scale, the company has also been working on an updated version of the Lelo F1s performs in the near future.
