MysteryVibe releases four-motor Tenuto 2, its latest wearable ‘penis to perineum’ vibrator

MysteryVibe, makers of the bendable Crescendo, Poco and Tenuto vibrators, has released an updated version of its wearable Tenuto vibrator for people with penises. This time, the Tenuto 2 is powered by four motors and has a more flexible body designed to fit a wide variety of penis shapes and sizes.

The Tenuto 2 is the follow-up product to 2018’s Tenuto: a wearable vibrator that was powered by a colossal six motors (most vibrators have only one or two). With the new model having four motors, MysteryVibe could be acknowledging that the original perhaps had a bit too much power – or the motor design may just be more efficient, four years on.

The new device is designed to be worn over the penis, and features a section designed for the testicles to slip through. It delivers vibrations to both the penis of the person wearing it and their partner’s genitals.

Two of the vibrating motors on the underside of the penis shaft, one for the perineum, and one on top of the penis designed for clitoral stimulation, when used for penis-in-vagina sex.

When the original Tenuto was released, we found it to be challenging to use, and that it felt heavy to wear. MysteryVibe said that the Tenuto 2 “pulsates from penis to perineum while stimulating the clitoris and vulva at the same time”.

Billed by the company as the “world’s only flexible wearable vibrator to get erect and stay erect”, the device has eight pre-set vibration settings and 16 different intensity levels. The vibration settings can be controlled and adjusted using the MysteryVibe app on a phone connected to the Tenuto 2.

The showerproof device is 13cm long at its longest point (the ‘penis’ section), 6.5cm wide at its tip, and 10cm tall (at the ‘balls’ section). It’s being sold for $249.

MysteryVibe’s previous products also include the Crescendo, a flexible vibrator that won Best Consumer Product at the 2018 Design Week Awards –‍ an event normally dominated by more established brands.
