Since the release of Pokemon GO just a few short days ago, before the world lost its mind for the roving game that blends the real and virtual worlds, Pornhub says that searches for Pokemon porn are through the roof.

Released in the US on July 6, in five days searches for Pokemon-related porn terms were up 136 percent above average in the US, though the company says it expects a similar trend as the game is released around the world.

The company also dug around in its Google Analytics to reveal that men are 62 percent more likely than women to search for Pokemon porn and Android users are 51 percent more likely than iOS users to go in pursuit of Pikachu in compromising positions. 18 – 24 year old users are over 330 percent more likely than every other age group to search for phrases included Pokemon, which makes sense.

In honesty, it’s not something I’d ever even considered searching but given this announcement the figures are sure to go up now either way as people search to find out just what the hell they’ll find.
