The Sex Expo event, billed by organizers as the “CES [Consumer Electronics Show] of sexual wellness”, is set to return to New York on October 1-2, 2022, with subjects such as orgasm data, pegging and the future of sex toys set to be discussed on panels.
The event will take place at the Metropolitan Pavilion venue, with speakers set to include Lioness biofeedback vibrator co-founder and engineer Anna Lee, a “kink and relationship coach” who goes by the name Pegstress Peggin Tha Stallion, and Elizabeth Dell, CEO and founder of intimacy app Amorus.
Panels and forums will cover the basics of pegging and strap-on sex, sex and pleasure innovations, sex with gender diverse partners, vibrator biofeedback and data, “more conscious sexting” and social media restrictions on sextech product promotion.
Like much of the wider sextech industry, Sex Expo is branded as related to sexual wellness rather than pure titilation. It is billed by the organizers as “an upscale event that puts a stylish touch on sexual wellness, anchored by workshops hosted by top ‘sexperts’ and exhibition halls showcasing a curated mix of cutting-edge products and services.”
Further forums and talk subjects at the expo are set to include spanking, “the art of g-spotting and female ejaculation”, and sexual positivity in middle age.
Tickets covering both days of the Sex Expo, which is sponsored by porn camming platform Chaturbate, cost $30.
