Sextech company Fleshy has released a new AI version of its popular Thrust penis stroker device, that the company claims is the first heated masturbator device that can sync with any Pornhub video.
The Feshy Thrust Sync can be fitted with Fleshy’s RealSkin sleeves, which can be heated to simulate body temperature and are designed to replicate various erogenous zones. The sleeves sell for $25 each and come in varieties including Innocence (replicating a vaginal canal), XL (with extra girth), Anal Bliss (you can guess that one) and Minx (a particularly tight sleeve).
The $149 Thrust Sync can sync with Pornhub videos by using Bluetooth to connect to the [very NSFW] FapTap AI site. FapTap AI can then generate funscripts – files that sync a sextech device to a video – for videos from Pornhub.
FapTap AI can be used to sync videos to various other remote-controlled sextech devices beyond the Thrust Sync, such as . And although FapTap AI is claimed to be able to sync to all Pornhub videos, it has limitations, though this is hardly surprising in a free beta period of access.
When purchasing a Thrust Sync, buyers are offered the option of signing up to FapTap.ai for an additional $19 per month, after a 30-day trial. The company says this normally has a $30 value, which gives some indication of the standalone signup cost for people with non-Fleshy devices. Even without a subscription, you still get a few free daily synced videos from Pornhub, and the toy will work fine with other non-FapTap interactive scenes.
According to FapTap, the AI function can struggle to create accurate syncing for videos in which the camera moves rather than being static. It can also struggle when a penis and orifice are not visible on-screen. The AI will also get confused during the ‘intro’ of a video, as it has been trained on sex scenes rather than, say, a plumber having a chat with a customer about examining her pipes.
Also, FapTap AI is somewhat hetero-normative. FapTap says that the AI was trained on heterosexual sex scenes between one man and one woman, so is likely to struggle to sync well for gay scenes, threesomes and orgies. It does, however, still provide gay and trans content.
FapTap hadn’t published any information about its privacy policies on its website. However, in early January 2025 the company told SEXTECHGUIDE that there is now a policy in place.
FapTap’s privacy policies include users’ email addresses being the only piece of personal data they keep long-term, hashing passwords so they can’t be read by people other than the user, and the ability for users to disable metadata gathering such as information about synced devices’ stroking speeds.
However, FapTap has also said that it may share a “limited amount of data” with third parties, and that any such data is anonymized and doesn’t include personally identifiable information.
FapTap has also noted that some sextech devices that can sync to the service, such as the Handy and Autoblow, are designed to send information about which videos you’re watching to the toy manufacturer. FapTap has said that this is due to toy design and that FapTap is “helpless to prevent it”.
Despite FapTap AI’s syncing limitations during these early stages, the Thrust Sync still looks like an impressive piece of kit. For offline use beyond video syncing, the device has eight stroking modes with varying tempos and intensity settings.
Fleshy says that one of the modes can deliver an “intense quake” to the frenulum, plus vibrations similar to those delivered by vagina-focused magic wand vibrators.
The company adds that following the Pornhub syncing, the company’s “long-term vision is to integrate its technology with a wide range of adult entertainment platforms and content providers.”
