Lelo just added the Siri 3, a sound-activated vibrator, to its pleasure product lineup. This $159 palm-sized, yet powerful toy is equipped with new SoundSense technology that synchronizes its vibrations with your favorite sexy playlist or voice creating a fun and immersive personalized sensory experience.
This is the third generation of this vibrating clitoral stimulating toy, and an upgrade from the SIRI 2, which is a more basic sound-activated vibrator with eight powerful pleasure settings that responds to ambient noise. In this SIRI 3 review, we tested out these updated features, including the eight settings that are pre-set and inspired by the vibration patterns of different musical genres, such as classical, reggae, dub, jazz, techno, and others.
Overall I found the SIRI 3:
- Is easy to use
- Has fun features for music lovers
- Has easy access to specially curated pleasure playlist
- Offer easy Bluetooth sync-up
- Adds new dimension to music events
Other similar toys on the market to the SIRI 3 include The Foxy by OhMiBod and also the ClubVibe 3.OH, which have slightly lower price points.
Let’s see how the ‘Siri 3’ fares compared to other similar vibes on the market.
Design and features
The SIRI 3’s main selling point is that it features what LELO is calling SoundSense technology. SoundSense technology allows SIRI 3 to respond to music frequencies in real time and transfer them to the clitoris as pleasant vibrations.
The vibe also features focused sound recognition, which means that it has automatic gain control built in that effectively reduces the volume if the signal is too strong and raises it when it is weaker.
SIRI 3 offers 8 different vibration settings, varying in intensity from a teasing murmur to a satisfying pulse. It’s also USB rechargeable and fully waterproof so pleasure-seekers can enjoy unlimited climaxes anytime and anyplace, including the bath or the shower.
The team at LELO have curated a searchable Spotify playlist called ‘SIRI 3 Pulse Play’ to help users reach a masterfully orchestrated clitoral orgasm.
The palm-sized pebble shape of the vibe is smooth to the touch and has ergonomic buttons that are almost flush along its smooth back, which adds to its sleek design. And the three color options are calm lavender, soft pink, and pistachio cream, giving it a sophisticated, yet playful look.
In Use
The toy did not have any charge on it when it arrived so users have to wait until the two-hour charging period is complete before using the toy, which is a bit of a disappointment, if, like me, you like to test things out as soon as you get them out of the box. Once the toy is fully charged, it is very easy to switch on with the buttons and toggle through the vibration mode versus SoundSense technology.
The SoundSense technology mode is a really fun way to enjoy vibrating pleasure and takes the sensory experience up a notch from simply togging through a limited number of pre-settings. Although, I would say that the SIRI 3 Pulse Playlist wasn’t to my specific tastes as it was mainly EDM and dance tracks, and I’m sure that for many people when they want to be in the sexy mood would prefer other genres over the genre that the LELO vibes team has made.
It was great having the SoundSense technology do the interesting work of automatically changing up all of the different vibration patterns. It was like having a personal DJ, but for my pleasure. I could feel the difference in the vibrating rhythm and pattern and it elevated the experience of listening to music, sending shivers of anticipation down my spine. It was a great bodily sensation to feel all the different rhythms and patterns vibrating from the toy to my clitoris.
I switched from the specially curated SIRI 3 Pulse Playlist to some music that was more aligned with my mood. Feeling the urge for some island vibes, I switched up the playlist to some laid-back reggae and dub jams, expecting my SIRI 3 to ride the waves of those funky rhythms. But alas, it seemed more like a wallflower than a dance partner, missing the beat and leaving me to sway solo. I was disappointed as the toy could not vibrate according to the syncopated beat of the tracks I’d chosen.
One major plus side of the SIRI 3 is that it is genuinely very quiet. Even when cranked up to max it has a very discreet buzz. After a solo play session, I then used the toy at a nightclub event where I was able to have the toy in my pants. Because it’s so light and small it didn’t fall out and it was great having a fun bop at the party while also feeling the pleasurable vibrations against my clitoris.
I hit the dance floor with gusto, fully embracing the pulsating rhythms of the loud music. Despite the energetic movements, the SIRI 3 remained securely in place, delivering waves of pleasure along to the beats of the tracks that the music was playing. It was a great sensory delight, and showed me that certain kinds of pleasure can be experienced anywhere, not just in the bedroom.
But since the toy only has two hours’ worth of charge, it did abruptly stop vibrating while I was still at the party, so unfortunately it didn’t bring me to orgasm.
The verdict
If music is the thing that helps you get off, the SIRI 3: could be a great addition to elevating a sexy session and could very well become your favorite playmate. Its ability to synchronize vibrations with certain soundscape opens up a world of possibilities for exploration and pleasure.
However, given its premium price tag in comparison to other clitoral vibrator – it sits at the higher end of the price point for small clitoris vibrators – it’s essential to weigh the value of its innovative features against your budget and preferences before making the investment.
When it comes to responsiveness in regular play mode, the SIRI 3 is like having a loyal DJ– always ready to jump into action at the touch of a button. Whether you’re craving a gentle murmur or a full-on crescendo, this toy delivers with lightning-fast speed, ensuring your pleasure journey is smooth sailing from start to finish!
In terms of battery life, the SIRI 3 falls short of sexy playtime expectations a live events – the two hour runtime limitation may pose a hindrance for sessions, especially for those looking to indulge in extended playtime.
