We-Vibe has launched sequel products to two of the sextech company’s remote-controlled vibrating cock rings, marketing them as the “next generation” of penis rings.
The new Verge 2 and Pivot 2 devices are similarly designed to their prequel products, with one significant change being their softness and flexibility. We-Vibe, which has a reputation as an early couples device innovator, says the rings are made with softer and more bendable silicone than their ancestors, increasing their comfort levels.
Other than that, it’s largely a case of evolution rather than revolution for the two new devices.
The $119 Pivot 2 (pictured above) is designed to stimulate both partners via the penis and clitoris, with four motor intensities and six rumbly vibration patterns. It has IPX7 waterproofing, meaning it can be submerged in one metre of water for up to 30 minutes, so is safe to use in showers and baths.
The Verge 2 (pictured above) sells for $139 and is designed to stimulate more areas of the genitals than the Pivot 2, delivering vibrations to the penis, testicles, perineum, G-Spot and clitoris. It is also waterproof to IPX7 level.
Both devices’ vibrations can be controlled using the We-Vibe app. Although they are largely marketed as ‘in person’ couples wearables, they are also set-up for remote sex sessions. There’s a videocall function in the app, plus modes such as beat mode, that syncs the devices’ vibrations to music.
Both the Pivot 2 and Verge 2 can be used for up to two hours between charges, with charges taking up to 90 minutes.
In 2025 We-Vibe released the Chorus Pro, a couples vibrator that introduced haptic feedback to its remote control section.
