Chaturbate pushes cam performer game streaming with 3DXChat hook-up

Chaturbate has approved long-running 3D sex game 3DXChat for streaming on its site, following 3DXChat combining with Lovense interactive sex toys earlier this year.

Performers on the [all links in article NSFW] popular cam site can stream themselves playing 3DXChat and using toys paired with the game via the Lovense services, as part of Chaturbate’s recently-launched game streaming function.

The move nudges cam sites closer to the adult gaming world and services like Twitch, with Lovense CEO Dan Liu saying that his company was hoping for the two industries to find more collaboration points. In May 2021, Lovense partnered with 3DXChat, which emerged in the early 2010s, so players could synchronize Lovense set toy movements to animation in the game.

In 3DXChat players control avatars and explore a virtual universe, in an experience not too far from playing a version of The Sims or Grand Theft Auto. However, unlike in those games, 3DXChat features hardcore, explicit sex acts between animated characters.

The makers of the game say that it includes over 600 sex positions, “from single masturbation to hot threesomes in any gender combination.” As well as making their avatars have acrobatic 3D sex with each other, players can make them interact in other ways, such as having them get married, or dance with each other.

Chaturbate is encouraging performers to use the tag ‘3dxchat’ when streaming themselves on the site playing the game. 3DXChat administrators have posted a guide for Chaturbate performers to download and stream the game online.

3DXChat has also recently moved into virtual reality (VR), supporting the Oculus Rift CV1 VR headset.
