Womanizer has released a minorly-upgraded version of its popular Womanizer Duo twin-motor vibrator, which brings with it more nuanced vibration power levels.

Like the original Duo, which came out in 2019, the new Womanizer Duo 2 promises a “blended orgasm” experience by featuring both a shaft for penetration and a clitoris stimulator, and both have Womanizer’s Pleasure Air technology, which is designed to pleasure the clitoris with contactless suction stimulation.

The Womanizer Duo 2 is aimed at the same segment of the sextech market as the original, bringing with it the same $219 (£189 in the UK) retail price at release. As a result of the launch, many places still selling the original Duo are doing so at a discount.

Womanizer Duo 2: What’s changed?

The new upgraded version features 14 intensity levels from both its motors, which operate independently, compared to the original Duo’s 12. Though it has the same 10 “deep, rumble” vibration patterns designed to give pleasure to the G-spot.

It also has a function, named ‘Afterglow’, that quickly reverts the vibrator to a lower setting when you push a button. The idea, according to Womanizer, is to deliver a “luxuriously tapered finish to each orgasm”.

The device has a usage time of up to 120 minutes between charges, a total length of nine inches and an insertable length of five inches, similar to the original’s size.

Womanizer has taken a, ‘people like them, let’s make some more of them‘ approach to its vibrator range recently—and why not, considering their popularity? 2022 saw the release of the Womanizer Premium suction device, followed by the launch of the Womanizer OG, which was also designed for alternative G-spot stimulation using suction technology.
