If you’re a fan of cyberpunk sci-fi films such as Blade Runner, but are disheartened by the genre’s general lack of hardcore penetrative sex scenes, you’ll be pleased to know that a new cinematic adult NSFW game is aiming to address this apparent oversight.
Cybersexuals went live in September 2025, billed as a “hyper-realistic, immersive, first-person POV video game experience” featuring first-person porn scenes starring real-life performers.
While erotic and NSFW first-person games aren’t particularly new, the integration of ‘real’ porn scenes into immersive and cinematic gaming, rather than avatars, marks a new development. Cyber Sexuals can be synced to vibrating sex toys, to give haptic feedback based on the action on-screen, thereby making it an interactive experience.
The game can be synced with Kiiroo penis strokers like the Keon and Onyx+. It can also be synced to Lovense sex toys, and although the game is played from the perspective of a male protagonist (whose wanger is often being waved around and pleasured), syncing with Lovense devices is not limited to penis strokers. Lovense vibrators such as the Nora also sync with the game.
Keepin’ it (un)real
The gameplay of Cybersexuals was built on the Unreal Engine, and many of its sex scenes are stylistically similar to first-person VR porn videos. The game can be viewed through VR headsets, but reportedly only by using an HTC Vive or Oculus Rift CV1 headset.
Porn performers Indica Marie, Katee V, Little Dragon and Rei Sky feature across four episodes of the game, with each episode costing $29.99 to access, meaning that it costs a rather premium price of $119.96 to get all the way through the initial game stories. More porn performers are expected to be added to the game as it expands.
As the game’s title suggests, the visuals are pure cyber punk: vast neon-lashed cities, flickering monitors, chrome, holograms of nude dancing women projected onto buildings.
Cyber Sexuals can be played on a PC, but to play it on a Mac you’ll need to use a method such as virtual machine software, or, for Intel-based Macs, use Boot Camp to dual-boot into Windows. Further information on Mac compatibility is on the Cyber Sexuals support page, and a native macOS build of the game is in development.
Although we can probably thank AI for a good whack of Cybersexual’s visuals, launching a porn game with this breadth and ambition is impressive. The graphics are hardly going to have Ridley Scott calling his intellectual property lawyers, but this is an attempt to make an adult game that’s engaging enough to not have players twiddling their thumbs and suppressing erections until the next hardcore sex scene pops up.
Preview videos of the game are available at the Cyber Sexuals website, which has both ‘safe’ and NSFW versions of the site available to check out.
