Are egg-shaped G-Spot vibrators with flashing LED lights set to be 2025’s biggest trend?
Well, perhaps not, but some of the top sextech companies have been showing a lot of faith in these products recently. One week after Kiiroo released its ‘light show’ Spot vibrator, Lovense has released the Lush 4, an LED-equipped upgrade to the firm’s popular Lush 3, which came out in back in the depths of 2021.
Like the Lush 3, the new Lush 4 has an egg-shaped section designed to be inserted into the vagina, designed for G-Spot stimulation. Unlike the Lush 3, the new version has flashing LED lights on its smaller appendage, which flash in various colours with an intensity in sync with the vibration intensity of the device.
So, why are flashing LED lights becoming must-have additions to new G-Spot vibrators? Kiiroo’s Spot has been marketed at live cam performers, with the company noting that its light displays can be synced with the intensity of fan tipping on camming sites. The Lush 4’s vibrations, and its synced light displays, can also be set to be remotely controlled and activated by camming tips (as can those of the Lush 3).
As is the case for pretty much all Lovense products, the Lush 4 can be synced for remote control via phone or cam rooms using the Lovense Remote app, via Bluetooth. The device’s light settings can be controlled using the app, or switched off entirely. The Lush 4’s vibrations and light patterns can also be synced with music and other sounds, which could also come in handy in cam rooms.
Price & Power
The Lush 4, released February 5, 2025. It has a retail price of $259 but Lovense is selling the device for $129 around its launch. This is slightly more expensive than the $109 Kiiroo Spot. It’s also available as part of a two-device bundle with the new Lovense Gush 2 in the UK for a total of £189. Upon checking the US site, it seems a similar deal —containing the Lush 4 and Ferri for $215.99, instead of the listed RRP of $458.00
Lovense says that the Lush 4’s motor can deliver 7,000 vibrations per minute. Upgrades from the previous model include 40 percent quicker charging than the Lush 3. Officially, the company says that’s 50 minutes for a full charge, and that should get you up to 350 minutes of use, which is significantly longer than the Lush 3’s usage time of up to 220 minutes. If you’re a bit shorter on time and have forgotten to charge your Lush 4, Lovense says it can be charged for just five minutes, which will give you up to an hour of play time.
The company claims that the device’s minimum noise level when being used is 36 decibels, which is slightly quieter than the Lush 3’s 38 decibel minimum noise level.
All in all, the Lovense Lush 4 seems an incremental upgrade to an already well-established device aimed primarily at the cam performer market. While this might seem like a fairly small sub-section of the sex toy-buying public, it’s clearly a strategy that’s working out well for the Singapore-based company, and it has likely inspired similar rival devices in recent years.
