Kiiroo’s launched the first four of its porn star-styled sleeves that fit the Kiiroo Keon, putting the company in even more direct competition with its previous partner, Fleshlight.

The first of the four sleeves to go on sale is the Britney Amber model, and it’ll be followed by three more in the coming weeks. Each of the sleeves is priced at just under $75, and each is compatible with the Kiiroo Keon. We’re (sadly) sworn to an embargo on who each of the next three performers are, but the next will go on sale from March 30.

It’s probably worth noting that inside each box there’s also the casing for the sleeve — it’s not just a replacement needs to be slid inside your existing casing, it’s a whole unit that can be used alone without ever owning a Keon.

The Keon, however, is how you’ll connect any of these four sleeves to interactive content, which syncs on-screen motion with the toy — no doubt, if you’re buying a Britney Amber sleeve, you might well want to find a compatible interactive (or VR) scene that contains her to complete the fantasy experience.

Getting down to business

While the new range of sleeves and own-brand devices will give Kiiroo more control of its future, they also put the company in direct competition with a former rival, Fleshlight, which is far better-known in the world of manual strokers.

The pricing of the sleeves — $79 versus around $75/£70 for a porn star Fleshlight — also put the two brands in direct competition. Until now, Kiiroo has focused most of its efforts on producing hi-tech sex toys, rather than manual ones, but the company has clearly seen the potential of expanding its range.
